Learn how to use ability testing & personality profiling for interviews, development and reducing staff turnover. Acquire the latest techniques on how to administer, interpret and provide feedback on psychometric tests and assessments, whilst gaining a deeper understanding of the technical concepts of psychometrics such as reliability and validity and how to use them both legally and ethically.
At the end of the course, you will be fully skilled and equipped to deliver psychometric testing and assessment, including the use of the identity personality profiling questionnaire and its suite of expert reports. We provide you with access to our online platform so you can manage your own assessment process at a fraction of the bureau costs. Completion of the course provides eligibility for the British Psychological Society (BPS) Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Level 2.

Course Content
Assistant Test User: Learn about what tests measure and how to administer them in an objective & standardised manner.
Occupational, Ability: Learn about how tests work and why they are reliable and valid. You will also learn how to select the correct tool for the role and give ability test feedback and make interpretations.
Occupational, Personality: Learn about what personality is and how we apply it to occupational settings. Explore the ‘identity’ questionnaire, its applications and its scales. Learn how to give useful, objective feedback for assessment and development.
Practical Session: Delivered via Webinar call with your Tutor you will be running a test administration session. Delivering a short ability feedback session. Conducting a personality feedback discussion.
This Level 2 Psychometric Training is Designed for: HR managers, recruiters, occupational psychologists, training managers and team leaders who wish to become Professional Psychometric Practitioners.
Test User: Occupational, Ability and Personality (TUOA/TUOP) - BPS Qualification
This internationally-recognised qualification gives you access to over 150 ability and aptitude tests from all major UK Test Publishers. In addition, you will have your own free platform account to use the BPS Accredited Identity Personality tool, saving you money and allowing you to undertake recruitment, selection and talent development campaigns on your own terms.

This Accredited, Globally Recognised, Professional Psychometric Practitioner Qualification allows you to be included on The British Psychological Society’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU).
Completion of this training enables you to demonstrate to current and future employers your competence in Test Use, giving you access to psychometric tests and assessments that would otherwise be restricted.
