Identity^® Personality Comprehensive Report 

At senior level an individual’s personality shapes their competence at work. Therefore, this is a competence-based Interview Report i.e. it provides areas to probe and also provides relevant interview questions.  As this report is not suitable to be passed to candidates, you are also provided with a complimentary Candidate Feedback Report which can be provided to candidates after selection decisions have been made so that they receive useful feedback for their personal development.  A sample report is available below.

SHL Verify Verbal Reasoning Test

Designed to measure a candidate’s ability to evaluate the logic of various kinds of argument as presented in written form, the Verbal Reasoning test measures the ability to determine the support for conclusions drawn using content that typifies a variety of work settings, and is relevant for assessment at all job levels.

SHL Verify Numerical Reasoning Test

Measures candidates’ ability to work with numbers and use appropriate mathematics in different situations. Tasks include solving word problems, performing numerical calculations, and interpreting charts and graphs.

SHL Copy Typing Test

This assessment is timed and designed to measure speed and accuracy in typing. This assessment allows the 5 minutes to type passages into a simulated word processing document. Test takers will need a printed text original for this type of evaluation.
