This Recommended Development Package Graduate Level is for individuals from any sector, to be used as the basis of a talent development discussion.     • SHL Scenarios Test measures a Graduate’s ability to make judgements and deal effectively with a range of managerial situations.
    • It also includes general development advice for each of the scales, powerful specific feedback and development tips based on the individual’s responses.
  • OPQ Maximising Learning Report
    • The Maximising Your Learning report is designed to help people get the most out of their learning and development. The report summarises the preferred approach to learning across four dimensions and describes the practical implications of these approaches. It provides potential strengths, weaknesses, and areas for further development.

The OPQ Personality Questionnaire is the basis for the generating of the OPQ Maximising Learning Report

This report has been specifically designed to reflect learning in the work context, providing the individual with information on their natural learning preferences.  Describing their preferred approach when engaging in learning and then moving on to describe how this and other aspects of their profile are likely to impact on their personal development.

SHL Scenarios Test

The Report provides a narrative profile of results i.e. the overall managerial judgement score, three sub-test scores, and six elements. It also includes general development advice for each of the scales, powerful specific feedback and development tips based on the individual’s responses.

  3. Corporate Management.
