The SHL Verbal Reasoning Test assesses the individual’s ability to understand and evaluate written statements. Using the latest online technology, it measures critical reasoning skills and the ability to quickly comprehend/evaluate written business information.
The ISV Call Centre Data Entry Test assesses the primary skills required for sales, customer service and call-centre applicants. Candidates need to listen to name, address and other customer and account information. They must then key in this data accurately to the relevant fields on the screen.
The Identity® Personality Questionnaire quickly assesses the candidate’s overall suitability for the job by looking at their work behaviours and personality to identify strengths and weaknesses against the role requirements. Providing two Reports:
- Interview Report:
- A quick summary of the areas that need further probing at interview
- A neat page of information for each competency area
- Useful information on key areas to probe
